Shipping & Return Policy


Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days pending credit verification.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Should merchandise you have selected not currently be in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, a follow up email will be delivered. Please note, delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.


Frils Jewelry LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for the delay of a delivery of any order when prevented from doing so due to strikes, labor disputes, accidents, acts of god, natural disasters, weather delays, regulations of any governmental authority, customs clearances, or any cause out of the reasonable control of Frils Jewelry LLC or its shipping vendors. Frils Jewelry LLC shall work with shipping vendors to remedy the situation and deliver the order as soon as reasonably possible. Frils Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Frils Jewelry LLC preferred shipping carrier is UPS and therefore we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COUNTRY SPECIFIC TARIFFS AND DUTIES added by their respective government.
International orders including Canada are final sale and are not refundable. Please see Frils Jewelry LLC return policy for further information.
Frils Jewelry LLC reserves the right to cancel, void, or refund payment for any order at any time.
By placing an order the customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to the Frils Jewelry LLC shipping policy, return policy, privacy policy, and terms of service. 


Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Returns after 30 days from purchase date are NOT accepted. 
Merchandise must not be worn or altered.
Some items from Frils ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
All tags, cards, pouches and boxes must be included with your return.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
One Of a Kind merchandise is returnable for a store credit only.

To submit a return: Please send an e-mail to and include in the subject - your order number, and in the body of the e-mail - the name of the piece, quantity and reason for return.
Securely repackage your merchandise. 
Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. 
Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
Drop off your package at a local UPS or arrange for a free pickup.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. 
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt.
During the holiday season processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. 
If you would like to make an exchange for a different product, you will have to place an entirely new order.
Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at Frils within 15 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time.
